I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of childhood experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don't fully understand, or simply looking for a safe space to process life's challenges. As a clinical mental health counseling intern completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an addictions emphasis, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, gain insight into unconscious behavioral patterns, and develop healthier ways to navigate everyday life. I also bring a unique perspective from my background in inclusive elementary education, which enhances my work with adolescents and their families.
