Pursuing LPC and LAC Licensure

You deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard; not managed, not rushed, and never judged. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that reaching out takes real courage, and I don't take that lightly. My path to counseling has been shaped by years of front-line experience in emergency departments and sober living homes, where I sat with people in some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience is what grounds how I show up for you: steady, present, and without assumptions. I hold a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and am currently completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UCCS, working toward dual licensure as an LPC and LAC.

My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based. I especially enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, as well as first responders who carry the invisible weight of their work every day. I believe insight and practical tools go hand in hand, and I'll meet you exactly where you are, not where I think you should be. Whether you're working through something that happened long ago or trying to make sense of where you are right now, I'm here to walk alongside you with patience, curiosity, and genuine care.
