That experience is what grounds how I show up for you: steady, present, and without assumptions. I hold a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and am currently completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UCCS, working toward dual licensure as an LPC and LAC.

My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based. I especially enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, as well as first responders who carry the invisible weight of their work every day.
