Stephanie Hamilton
Clinical Social Work Candidate
School Counselor
Stephanie works with teens, and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, along with women experiencing anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to manage intense emotions or life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. With children and adolescents, I focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and building confidence in age-appropriate and strengths-based ways.
I respect each client’s values and beliefs and am open to incorporating spirituality into therapy when it is important to the client. Whether you are seeking support for daily stressors or working through deeper emotional challenges, therapy can be a place to find clarity, healing, and hope.
